Barry Lynn

Rev. Barry Lynn, an ordained minister, constitutional lawyer, noted activist, and longstanding civil libertarian. Because of his position as the executive director for Americans United for Separation of Church and State and his past involvement with the American Civil Liberties Union, he’s a popular guest on shows like Fox News Channel’s O’Reilly Factor, MSNBC’s Hardball, NBC News with Brian Williams, CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 and Larry King Live, as well as an occasional visitor to Jon Stewart’s The Daily Show and ESPN’s Frankly Speaking.

He is a radio host with a lot of experience “trying to correct” the Right and served as a daily co-host with Pat Buchanan on NBC/Mutual Broadcasting Radio. He also co-hosted a weekly news wrap-up with Colonel Oliver North on Radio America. Lynn has battled every major conservative figure from the late William F. Buckley, Jr. and Jerry Falwell to Pat Robertson, Phyllis Schlafly, Bob Barr and Ann Coulter.
