Buck Geno
Buck is a labor activist and a Vietnam Era Vet in the United States Marine Corps. He is also a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 70 and Local 174 for 34 years and served as a paid officer for 16 years and is the retired business manager of Local 174.
Buck has also served as Supervisor in Lincoln Township in Newaygo County, the President of the Newaygo County Township Officers Association and Trustee of the Newaygo County Democratic Party. He is father to Buck the III, father-in-law to Amanda, grandfather to Nolan and husband to Barbara for the last 38 years.

Jim Chase
Jim Chase is a longtime on air personality on Public Reality Radio. A former co-host on West Michigan Labor Speaks and Work In Progress Radio, Jim is now the host of Cut To The Chase and a co-host for Southpaws. He recently retired as the Business Agent for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 406 in Grand Rapids. Jim has now brought his fiery personality from behind the negotiating table to behind the microphone. Jim and his wife are avid dog lovers. You can also hear him occasionally on The Union Edge.

Dave Johnson
Dave Johnson is the co-host of Cut To The Chase. A native of Evart, he's a graduate of Northwestern Community College. Dave is also director for the Crossroads Theatre Guild in Reed City.
