This is probably the most important episode of Southpaws aired in the four year history of the show.  Darren is joined by Assistant Program Director Mary Harrington and intern Lauren Yentz.  They air a pre-recorded interview that Darren and Lauren conducted with Valeria Romano and Karim Medrano.  Both Valeria and Karim attended the Nevada Democratic Party Convention and some of the things they talk about may shock and anger you.  Please send the link to your friends and make sure to listen.  The entire episode is dedicated to what actually happened at the Nevada Democratic Convention as told by those people who were actually there.  No mass media BS, no conjecture, no lies.  This is the full unvarnished truth laid bare for everyone to listen to.

This is the full uncut interview conducted by WPRR Program Director Darren Gibson and intern Lauren Yentz with Valeria Romano and Karim Medrano.  Both Valeria and Karim attended the Nevada Democratic Convention; Karim as a volunteer for the Bernie Sanders campaign (was chosen as a Bernie delegate but was denied credentials) and Valeria as a Bernie Sanders delegate (was originally chosen as an alternate delegate).  They make several accusations in this exclusive interview.  It's a long one but it's well worth the listen.

On the final Tuesday edition of Southpaws, political pundit Adryenn Ashley joins the crew by phone from California to talk about the Nevada Democratic Convention.  Adryenn was at the convention and has about 14 hours of footage in her possession from her time there.  She once and for all explains that no chairs were thrown and that no supporters of Bernie Sanders instigated any violence at the event.  She also explained the motives behind why the corporate media lied about the chair throwing and violence.  Also, Darren goes off on a rant about people being loud and obnoxious at live events, and the wife of Michigan Rep. Lee Chatfield comes clean about an abortion she had when she was a teenager after her husband was threatened with blackmail.  All this and more.

April is under the weather once again, so Darren, Jim Chase, and Stan Ward are holding things down.  They're joined by special guests Deb Fragel and attorney Dwaine Sutton (aka Chuck) to talk about unemployment insurance in Michigan.  A recent audit showed the UIA doesn't return phone calls very well and are flagging many accounts as "fraud".  There's an effort in Lansing by State Rep. Ed McBroom, (R)-Vulcan, to fix some of the problems detailed in the audit.  We get Deb's and Dwaine's opinions on what those fixes may look like.

Also, Trump goes complete misogynist on Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren, a West Virginia Democratic opponent for state senate gets beat up at a cookout, the PBB scandal in Michigan from 1973 rears its ugly head again, and an Arkansas judge is forced to resign after an alleged sex scandal involving young men and paddles...at the judge's house!

In the first 45 minutes of the program Darren proves why he's the "Doctor of Talk Radio" by explaining why neither Bernie Sanders nor Hillary Clinton will have the necessary pledged delegates to secure the Democratic nomination by the start of the party convention in late July.  And he uses scientific evidence known as math to prove this.  Darren also looks at the math of "Hillary's Victory Fund" and how money raised by her isn't trickling down to other candidates down ticket (hasn't a previous president used the phrase "trickle down").  There's also a discussion of the White House Correspondents Dinner.  And can you be sued for claiming a church is nice to gays?  Apparently so as a Jenison church sues a Dieseltec protestor for damaging their "good" name.

They also talked about the Democracy Spring protests in Washington and why the corporate conservative mainstream media won't cover these protests.  This led to a discussion of why the CCMSM isn't covering the Panama Papers.  And a State Senator from Escanaba wants to legislate which bathrooms transgender students use in school.  All this and more so be sure to listen.
